All products supplied by FALCOREX are provided strictly for research and laboratory use only.

Products are intended solely for:

• scientific investigation;

• related laboratory applications carried out by qualified individuals or organisations.

Products are not intended for:

• human or animal consumption of any kind;
• medical, diagnostic, therapeutic or cosmetic use;
• personal or consumer use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession and use of our products is lawful within their jurisdiction.

By purchasing from Falcorex, you confirm that you are acquiring products in a research capacity and that you accept full responsibility for their storage, handling and use.

We may ask customers to describe the intended research application of an order. We reserve the right to decline any order where the stated or apparent use is inconsistent with laboratory research.

Falcorex may request information to verify:

• customer identity;
• business or institutional details;
• professional affiliation; and/or
• intended research use.

We reserve the right to:

• request additional verification or supporting documentation;
• refuse or cancel orders; and
• refuse, suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, inaccurate information, or use inconsistent with legitimate research purposes is suspected.

Research compounds must be handled by persons trained in laboratory safety and stored according to the conditions stated on the label. Falcorex accepts no responsibility for degradation, contamination or loss arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.

Products are supplied only to customers who are at least 21 years of age. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Products are supplied for research purposes on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcorex disclaims all liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from use of its products contrary to this policy, including any use involving human or animal administration.
